Blending companions include citrus, florals, cedar, and frankincense. This oil may be used as an antispasmodic, an aphrodisiac, a digestive aid, or for its stimulating effect. In terms of emotional states, cardamom aromatherapy is useful for mental fatigue, anxiety, anorexia, or cluttered consciousness.
